About the Company: Nebula X is a UK-based agency/startup with its newly opened office in Islamabad, G11 Markaz. Nebula X provides services in graphic design, social media marketing, and website design/development to its international clients. We are offering a Paid internship for the role of Business Development Specialist (on-site) leading to a full-time job position.

The Business Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding the company's client base, and bidding for and securing lucrative projects on online freelancing/online platforms, ultimately contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Proposal Writing & Bidding: Utilize expertise in bidding strategies on online freelancing platforms. Craft tailored proposals to secure projects.
• Client Communication: Engage with potential clients via online meetings, chat, and... email to understand project requirements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Project Understanding: Conduct thorough discussions to understand project scopes, develop detailed plans, and align with client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Command diverse tech stacks including CMS platforms, design tools, mobile apps, and open-source tech to propose innovative solutions.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate to develop comprehensive project proposals, highlighting company capabilities and aiming for new opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term client relationships by exceeding expectations and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Market Research: Analyze trends and client needs within the IT/Design/Marketing industries to optimize business development efforts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to refine strategies and improve proposal quality for maximum impact.
