Responsibilities

Provide front desk coverage manage a busy multi-line phone system, greet visitors as they enter the office, manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments and maintain an organized, clean office environment.

Provide administrative support to senior management, including email correspondence and the creation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms and faxes.

Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list and inventory.

Order and oversee office supplies.

Plan, organize, and schedule corporate meetings in the office, offsite, and via video conference.

Outpatient appointment management and medication management services.

Positive behavioural and mental health in order to work more productively, cope better with everyday stress, maintain a positive outlook, and perform diverse administrative tasks for ensureing seamless office operations in various health care facilities.

Collaborative medical service health treatment approace for enhanceing... communication of relevant evaluative and ongoing therapeutic feedback, increaseing clinicians’ adherence to person’s treatment plan, and reduceing risk, frequency of crises, and unnecessary emergency room visits and inpatient stays.

High school diploma.

Proven management experience.

Highly skilful communicator and critical thinker with high proactive approach to problem-solving, along with knack for working within fast-paced environment.

Ability to learn new accounting and systems.

Extensive experience delivering patient care services, assisting physicians, and sustaining safe environment in compliance with health care policies and procedures.

Excelent in Coordinating and assessing medical claims and services as well as scheduling client appointments and registering incoming patients.

Facilitating the optimal patient experiences while simultaneously maximizing office productivity and efficiency. Also, managing patient information and medical records and ensuring adherence of strict regulatory compliance of organization.
