• Ensures that all arrivingmerchandise was formally ordered.
• Maintains anexcellent reputation in the eyes of the public, the owners, theguests and the Staff.
• Develop an effectiveannual Training Plan which meets the needs of associates asoutlined in PMP’s and which assists the hotel achieve itsgoals and objectives.

Identify from MM feedback, Guest feedback,Quality Assurance, performance appraisals, Marketing Plan and othersources the potential training needs and action whererequired.
• Liaise with Department Heads onregular basis regarding specific training requirements within theirDepartments and regarding attendance at planned training coursesand develop training actions asrequired.
