Job Title: Training Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25.5 to $30/HR...

Duration: 6 months

Location: Knoxville, TN (Initially Onsite with a possibility of transitioning to Remote/Hybrid in future)

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to coordinate training events and maintain the Learning Management System in a highly technical and regulated manufacturing environment. The candidates must be able to work on-site. After a period of learning and performance, it can transition to remote/hybrid.
• Maintain training data and records within the Learning Management System
• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
• Assists regulatory inspections by providing training records and information related to training processes.
• Coordinate travel for students arriving to Knoxville, TN from across the country, getting them hotel rooms, and cars, tracking registration of their attendance to the classes, etc.
• Assists in the needs analysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation of complex technical training activities for employees and customers.
• Assists in the facilitation of individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.
• Assists in the development of training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures
• Guides the monitoring of the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials.
• Partners with Subject Matter Experts to develop technical training materials that meet all regulatory requirements following the ADDIE training model.
• Works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PET manufacturing facilities to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
• Monitors and maintains the Learning Management System utilized by us.

Requirements:
• AA, BA/BS in Education, Training, HR or related field
• Experience coordinating multiple training events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
• Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Experience with the SABA Learning Management System but will train an otherwise well-qualified candidate
