. Manage and oversee the digital marketing department, including digital marketing staff, consultants, agencies, and vendors
. Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, academic, finance,business unis etc.) to understand the objectives and requirements of each project and ensure that the digital marketing output aligns with the brand identity and vision of Mengly J. Quach Education
. Develop digital marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic to our website and social media accounts
. Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution using various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, email marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC ads, video or display ads, etc.
. Produce valuable and engaging content for our channels
. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders
. Prepare and monitor the digital marketing... budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
. Oversee and approve digital marketing material before they are published or distributed to ensure that they meet the quality standards and guidelines of Mengly J. Quach Education
. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other middle tools and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
. Analyze consumer behavior and market trends and adjust digital marketing campaigns accordingly
. Identify new opportunities and channels to expand the reach and growth of Mengly J. Quach Education
. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
. Self-learners can apply for the position of Creative Designer at Mengly J. Quach Education with a proof portfolio.
. At least 2 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role or a similar position
. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that achieve business goals
. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, other middle tools, etc.
. Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
. Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders across the organization
. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks according to deadlines
. Ability to think strategically and creatively and solve problems
