A company is looking for a Customer Support Analyst, Tier 1.Key Responsibilities : Provide telephone and remote technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales teamsDocument solutions in a knowledge database and manage escalations to higher support teamsParticipate in customer site visits and ensure high customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experienceThree years of technical customer support experience in a high-tech or healthcare IT environmentStrong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and Agfa productsExperience with networking, operating systems, databases, and image processingIndustry certification and knowledge of HL7 or DICOM are preferred
