Your future company

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets in Hungary. You will report directly to Sales Lead to understand the potential of the customer portfolio and landscape to fulfill customer plans.

It doesn't matter where you're from Hungary.


So what does it take to be successful in this role?

It would be ideal if you were an experienced in regional Account Management within food service or in gastro (not neccessary food).

You have strong experience supported by evidence of performing tasks in a similar position in the areas of sales, marketing and customer management.

As an experienced salesperson we believe that you know the market very well. You are able to recognize the client's needs and you are patient, persistent, and you can easily build all relations on the basis of trust. Our mission is clear and you will be the perfect representative of our values!

We would also like to see that you have strong... negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure and a Good Team Player approach are essential.

Very good English is a strong advantage.


About the position:

As a part of EE team, you will be a driver of growth plans within all professional chains, bakeries and distributor partners, engaging directly with existing and new customers. Your main task will be generating new leads and grow the active customer base developing and delivering annual and monthly customer plans in line with business targets. You will be responsible for maximizing distribution of portfolio, increasing category traffic by providing category expertise, sales and customer support to all distributors.

You will also lead the demand planning for respective partners and ensuring all distributor orders are submitted on time and reflect agreed forecasts.

To meet your goals, you will be up to date with competitors and effectively you will respond to their activities. As a Leader in your field, you will engage distributive sales representatives to reflect ambition goals in pursuit of the implementation of plans.
