Job Summary:

Handle daily leasing enquiries and all tenancy issues including new and renewal tenancies and administration, perform leasing activities and leasing negotiation... Prepare all tenancy documents, monthly leasing reports and sales turnover analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement leasing and investment strategies
• Oversee company’s retail property portfolios, including new lease & renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal, budget planning and rental forecast
• Liaise closely with property developers, owners in acquiring suitable sites
• Conduct market research, in-depth site analysis evaluate the performance of current & potential premises, make recommendation for network expansion with different brands in Hong Kong and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
• Strengthen tenant relationships by providing quality tenant services, and developing new client networks through business connections

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Business Administration/Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail leasing with sizable retail chain or property developers/consulting firms, of which at least 3 years in managerial level
• Must have a retail tenants side experience
• Good market sense and analytical mindset
• Strong networks with real estate agents and potential property developers and landlords
• High work commitment, responsible, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Dynamic and fast-paced characteristics with “can-do” attitude
• Immediate available is preferable
