We are looking for a motivated and inspired... individual for the position of Sales Executive. Candidate will be briefed and trained for the role.

Compensation: fixed hour rate + commission

Salary may be negotiable based on individual experience.

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven B2C and B2B sales experience
• Quick learner with problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Confident, proactive, and willing to take on challenges

• Identify and target potential clients within the glazing industry to expand our customer base
• Work with warm leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client companies
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and offer tailored glazing solutions that meet their requirements
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
• Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights to support sales strategies
• Collaborate with the internal technical and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
