To become part of our diverse workforce of highly skilled professionals, see below our requirements:
• Minimum requirements: 10+ years of experience in section lead, BiM manager or drawing office lead.
• BTech/BEng advantageous
• Minimum 10 years overall engineering experience in Petrochemical and/or Heavy Manufacturing Industries
• Proven track of good performance validated with references.
• Managerial experience: Digital Drawing Office comprising of multi-disciplinary drafting and modelling resources.
• Experience setting up, maintaining and improving common data environments for 3D BIM modelling, parametric design and automated designs.
• Experience in applying the latest Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology to enhance engineering design and asset management offerings.
• Experience in planning and executing 3D scans and augmentation of existing environments to use as design base.

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing and controlling a Digital Drawing Offices with all the related resources: drafters, modellers, hardware, software, etc.
• Sourcing adequate workload from within the business and balancing the workload to ensure high utilisation.
• Setting up and maintaining suitable standardised processes, tools and techniques to ensure that the Digital Drawing Office operate at the industry best standards and practices, whilst being compliant with the company’s ISO standards.
• Apply quality and cost control on all work produced within the Digital Drawing Office.
• Providing technical and cost inputs for work winning efforts.
