What does a Recruitment Consultant do?
Build out your own book of business and network with the top professionals in the industry
Partner with hiring manager(s) in client companies, understand their needs and provide talent solution by recommending suitable candidates to them
Identify mid to senior level candidates and see them through the entire hiring process
Be constantly in touch with the latest news in the financial and banking sector, be a market expert that people... will come to you for advice
No experience working as a Recruitment Consultant?
We offer an intensive training program to teach you the ins and outs of the role! All of our management team internally started with Phaidon International as a fresh graduate or with a couple of years of sales experience so we truly do value training and developing our staff into senior positions organically!
