Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant/ Consultant at Willet Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client... consultations to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.

Responsibilities:
• Lead mid to senior recruitment assignments, collaborating closely with clients to understand their talent needs and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-caliber candidates, leveraging your expertise in talent assessment and market insights.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure alignment with client requirements and organisational culture.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in talent acquisition and management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively engaging prospective clients and presenting Willet Partners' value proposition and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised recruitment solutions and proposals tailored to meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in executive search and recruitment, with a strong track record of success in identifying and securing top-tier talent.
• Demonstrated business development acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of hiring processes, including candidate assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.
