Job Summary
• Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level.
• Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions such as recruitment, hiring, termination, and promotion.
• Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
• Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans.
• Implements and maintains company training plan.
• Oversees employee relations, training, compensation, government regulations and reporting, staffing and record keeping.

Job Requirements
• MBA holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
