As a member of our Pre-Sales team, the Sales Operations Associate APAC plays a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In this position, you will report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our sales teams to ensure that all pre-sales activities are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Contact... Investor Relations Officers, Company Secretaries, C-level executives and Portfolio Managers.

• Cold call prospects in the APAC region, and respond to marketing leads to build new business.

• Each week, cultivate sales opportunities aimed at public companies.

• Offer daily support to Sales Teams by helping prepare and schedule meetings, coordinating mailers, and contributing to proposals, presentation decks, and pertinent documents.

• Support project teams in analysing tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).

• Generate monthly sales reports and additional reports as needed.

• Attain sales objectives across designated regions.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A preference for candidates with knowledge and interest in Corporate Governance, Executive Compensation, and/or Investor Relations services.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including a proactive nature, high motivation, and the capacity to operate autonomously.

• Exceptional organisational skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced environment and adhering to strict deadlines.

• A team-oriented mindset complemented by superb communication talents, both verbal and written forms, and presentation capabilities.

• An assertive character equipped with the skills for building relationships and a natural flair for sales.

• Eager to gain sales experience, preferably within the finance, corporate, or consultancy sectors.

• Professional fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

• The skill to build credibility and establish rapport with senior executives at potential client companies
