The Clink Boutique Hotel is currently seeking applications for a Restaurant Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team.

This role requires complete flexibility and the candidate must be available for any shift required. This is very much a hands-on operations role. The majority of the Restaurant managers day is spent in operations.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a front of house Manager and must have excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality. They will be committed to maintaining high standards and working as part of a team. The pace is fast and the standards are high, and if you are passionate and a quick learner, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Gain product knowledge and help build the guest experience.
• Ensure... that the restaurant is set accordingly to standards.
• Ensures that all food safety processes are adhered to; HACCP experience preferred.
• Maintains a calm attitude during busy periods. Delegates tasks to team.
• Always ensures customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Ability to manage restaurant operations independently and work on own initiative.
• Deep knowledge of customer service techniques and ability to express these to staff.
• Supervise the day to day operations of the Restaurant.
• To provide ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas.
• To deal with any problems that may arise daily and report these to the Manager.
• Dealing with cashing up.
• English is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
