Store manager, remote community

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all operational activities
• Manage merchandising
• Oversee front-end operations
• Handle recruitment and development of store staff
• Organize scheduling and inventory management
• Create an environment where individuals feel valued and want to contribute to the store’s success

Qualifications:
• Friendly and helpful team player
• Strong communication skills
• Safety focused mindset
• Passion for people and business
• Entrepreneurial mindset
•... Excellent time and productivity management skills
• Ability to lift, bend and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
• Completion of secondary school, post secondary preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail
