Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be tasked with driving success in sales goals, loss control, P&L planning, and achieving UPT goals across all Directly Operated Stores. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Effectively collaborates and partners with key departments, including Visual Merchandising, Training, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Retail Buying Team, Store Design, and Retail Operations
• Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions regarding market trends and customer preferences
• Regular travel to visit stores, conduct policy and standard audits, oversee store maintenance, and monitor customer service standards
• Capacity to create and carry out business plans that are connected to... profitable company goals, proving a solid return on investment and assisting the company in luring, nurturing, and keeping outstanding personnel.
• Examine and respond to market trends pertaining to stock levels, assortment, and communication of sell-through as chances to boost revenue
• Ensure that the region complies with all business procedures and rules, as stated in all HR procedural documentation and store operating manuals
• Oversee, regulate, and modify the weekly hours and payroll budget within the region to guarantee proper sales floor coverage by assessing the store schedule to suit the demands of the company.
• Make regular store visits and follow up with employees to make sure that goals are met, standards are upheld, and action plans are created to advance the company.
• Have weekly conversations with each store leader to learn about all facets of their company, such as operations, staffing, and merchandising. Give feedback and follow-up on a regular basis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong business acumen, including retail math and P&L responsibility;
• Exceptional client service skills
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate teams with a track record of developing and retaining top talent
• 8+ years of Flagship leadership experience in premium retail environments
• Proven experience in sales management, recruiting, and customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• French & English Fluency
• Extensive Travel Required
