We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team at THE GYM health planet. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, the Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and smooth operation of the gym facility. If you are passionate about fitness, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and have previous experience in customer service and management, we encourage you to apply.


1. Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.

2. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, membership sign-ups, and inquiries.

3. Supervise and schedule front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.

4. Train new front desk staff on company policies, procedures, and software systems.

5. Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the member.

6... Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

7. Monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the gym.

8. Assist with membership sales and promotions, actively promoting gym services and programs.

9. Coordinate with other departments, such as fitness trainers and maintenance staff, to address member needs and facility maintenance.

10. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.

11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.

12. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations for improving customer service and operations.


1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting.

2. Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and membership management software.

6. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

7. Passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or hospitality management is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
