Responsibilities
• Provide teaching assistance aligned with the teacher's weekly/daily/seasonal planning
• Work 1:1 with students
• Facilitate group and/or individual activities as planned by the teacher
• Work individually with learners/students to develop their work
• Support the general well-being of learners within the school's structure
• Monitor and evaluate students' learning under the teacher's guidance
• Assist teachers in employing relevant management strategies for a purposeful teaching and learning environment
• Support all learners in their planned structured work across all curriculum areas

Requirements
• Ability to work with learners with various learning difficulties
• Understanding of students with special needs
• Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
• Confidence to support the lead in groups across different educational subjects
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Flexibility in approach to education
• Experience in working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one
