Job Description
• Assist in the coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation planning for automotive components and finished vehicles.
• Collect and analyze data related to automotive logistics operations, such as inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery performance, and prepare reports to support decision-making and process improvement efforts.
• Assist in coordinating transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and scheduling of shipments to ensure timely delivery of automotive components and vehicles while optimizing transportation costs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to automotive logistics activities, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and customs clearance paperwork, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support communication with automotive suppliers and vendors to facilitate the procurement of parts and components, address... any issues or delays, and ensure alignment with production schedules and quality requirements.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise in the logistics process, such as delays, shortages, or quality issues, and implement solutions to resolve them promptly.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving automotive logistics processes, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency, under the guidance and supervision of experienced logistics professionals.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan and schedule the delivery of automotive parts and components to meet manufacturing schedules and production targets.

Qualifications
• A graduate in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution with proven experience of at least a year in logistics and special focus on International Logistics.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to gain hands-on experience in automotive logistics operations and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process improvement efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software/tools is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contribute ideas and insights, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
