The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
• Research market... trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business by cold calling,
• Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & feedback
• Establish, develop & maintain positive business relationships with customers
• Generate sales among assigned customers, including up-selling and cross-selling
• Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion
• Provide mentorship and training to other sales personnel (if needed).

Ideal Profile
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally within the Consulting, IT Services, and Other Services industries is a must.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments
• Strong networker & relationship builder
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
