Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations Manager to join our newly established entity. As the Employee Relations Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and proactive work environment by overseeing all aspects of employee relations including conflict resolutions disciplinary actions and policy enforcement. You will collaborate closely with HR team members and department managers to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while promoting a culture of fairness, transparency and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management:

 Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and adherence to legal requirements.

Policy Development and Implementation:

 Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with... company policies, local regulations, and best practices.

Investigations and Resolutions:

 Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, concerns, or misconduct allegations, and recommend appropriate actions or resolutions to mitigate risks and maintain a positive work environment.

Lind Management:

 Provide line management and supervision to the HR administrator, including task assignment, performance feedback, training and development, and overall support to ensure efficient HR operations.

Training & Developments:

 Identify training needs for the HR administrator and other team members, develop training programs or workshops, and facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in HR practices and processes.

Compliance Monitoring:

 Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations and HR administration, providing guidance and support to the HR administrator as needed.

Documentation & Record keeping:

 Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records, documentation of employee relations matters, and other HR-related records in compliance with legal requirements.

Collaboration & Communication:

 Collaborate with other HR team members, department managers, and external stakeholders to address employee relations issues effectively, and maintain open communication channels to promote transparency and trust.

Continuous Improvement:

 Continuously assess and improve employee relations processes, policies, and practices enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 3-5 years of progressive experience in employee relations, HR management, or related roles, with demonstrated experience in line management or supervision.

 Strong knowledge of employment laws, local regulations and best practices related to employee relations and HR administration.

 Proven experience in employee relations, performance management and talent development.

 Strong communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with team members.

 Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and develop team members.

 Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

 Fluency in English and Latvian languages for effective communication with local and global teams
