Are you a seasoned marketing and communications professional passionate about driving digital transformation? Join NUS-ISS as a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, contributing to our mission of becoming a leading institution in lifelong learning, digital talent development, and organizational digital transformation

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead a team focusing the communications strategy through various channels, including digital and social media, marketing collateral, news, events, and community engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing and communications campaigns across online and offline platforms, fostering a lasting digital connection with audience.
• Develop and implement go-to-market launch strategies for new products, integrations, and cross-functional product marketing initiatives.
• Establish strong partnerships with... agencies for optimized online advertisements on platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, and others, enhancing company and brand awareness.
• Implement effective tracking and measurement systems to assess campaign performance and provide key analytics insights.
• Lead coordination efforts related to the website, publications, and publicity materials, including content creation, editing, and curation for various communication channels and stakeholders.
• Drive strategic communications, including thought leadership articles, press releases, speechwriting, and event communications.
• Collaborate with the creative/production team to create compelling marketing collateral, such as videos, e-newsletters, e-mailers, banners, social media content, and digital ad placements, efficiently managing distribution across diverse channels.
• Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale virtual and physical events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communications with at least 10 - 12 years in marketing communication and 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Good leadership with at least 5 years supervisory experiences
• Proficiency in ad serving tools and web analytics tools
• Good skillset in digital marketing concept and practices with experiences in B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Familiar with ad serving platforms ie Adsense and Google Ad Manager
• Good writing, communication, interpersonal skills
• Good project, campaign, event and stakeholder management skills
