Main purpose of the Brand Technology Manager will be to act as an
intermediate between Brand, Digital and Guest Experience, business and the external
or internal IT providers in the different initiatives, projects, or business
continuity of the Brand, Guest Experience & Digital Domain.

Responsibilities:

Initiate: Understand from the business issue or
need and define together the potential solution from Technology and Business
sides. Gather the high-level business and technical requirements.

Prepare Business Cases of the initiative
or project: identify all the workstreams
required. Identify all CAPEX & OPEX Costs required. Identify all the dependencies, integrations
required. Define all the resources
required to execute the project. Collaborate with Sofware vendors and partners
integrations to address the requirements.

Mange the relation with Software Vendors
and Partners Integrations.

Ensure the contracts have the right standards

Plan: Define and Ensure the project plans are... aggressive yet attainable. Plan
the project economics,

Execute: Ensure the project it’s delivered as per the terms in the contract:
quality, schedule and cost.

Monitor and Control: Ensure periodic status reporting is generated for all levels of
management. Ensure any deviation is detected as early as possible and any costs
derived from those deviations are kept at a minimum. Control the project and
domain budget from OPEX & CAPEX.

Close: Ensure the solution can be easily supported after project is closed.

General: Ensure a high degree of collaboration and
good team spirit is achieved across all parties during the project. Must be
able to interact at Director, Senior Director and VP levels.

Accountabilities:

The Brand Technology Manager will be
accountable to ensure all IT deliverables (Business Case, Project Plan,
Budget Plan) of the initiative(s) assigned to him are met according to the
agreed quality, schedule and cost targets.

The Brand Technology Manager will lead
projects in the Brand & Guest Experience Domain, in concrete will lead Brand
Applications, Mobile Guest Experience
Applications.

Work closely with business teams, developers,
system administrators and BA’s to build Digital solutions and Translate
business requirements into technical details

Advise and mentor development groups

Deliver requirements for integrated solutions
across various IT disciplines

Responsibility for creation and following day
to day architecture plan

Lead
the implementation team (technical consultant to do the work)

Requirements:

·
University Degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related
field.

·
A recognized
project management qualification is preferable.

·
7-10 years’ Job experience
most preferable form IT Consultancy Company’s

·
Preferable at least
1 year as Manager, or in the interim to promote to Manager

·
1-3 years’
experience as IT Project / Program Manager or IT Applications Lead

·
At least 3 years’
experience in multinational environments

·
Knowledge of Content
Management or eCommerce Platforms (SDL Tridion, Adobe AEM, Salesforce
Commerce, SAP Hybris Commerce)

·
Knowledge of the
all the IT and business process in a Website: Publication, Analytics, Translation,
Integration, personalization

·
Knowledge of the
Digital Marketing process and requirements: SEO, Analytics, CRO, Content.

·
Experience as IT
Project Manager of the delivery and deployment of an ecommerce website

·
Experience in a Web
Rollout Project

·
Experience leading
several projects in parallel, or programs

·
Proven
project/program management expertise on the Digital area (rollouts,
transformation, upgrades…).

·
Demonstrable
technical knowledge software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile,
SCRUM....).

·
Significant
experience as Solution Architect, from business demand needs to new products
integration.

·
Requirement
analysis, conceptual, logical, and detailed design skills

·
Configuration
planning, testing, change management knowledge and experiences

·
Great business
analysis skills with architecture and implementation experience

·
Excellent verbal,
interpersonal and written communication skills

·
Strong skills to
effectively interface with client a must

·
English fluent
almost native is a must

· Travel needs: Around 20%, primarily Brussels
