Generate and issue invoices to customers.

Preparation of Month end work (Cost VS Actuals, Petty Cash, Sale Register & Cash Flow Statement, Monthly books Closing)

Payroll – Check, update and distribution of monthly salary.

Update sale register (on the same day of sale invoice/prov. invoice)

Daily updating of books of accounts.

Daily release of Bank report and other MIS.

Maintenance of petty cash working.

Getting the Weekly approval from OMA PAK CEO and HO Finance and payments for all expenses

Payment follow-ups post the due date.

Costing & Budgeting.

Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss Statement.

Preparing and Generating Reports (Sales & Financials).

Filing of Monthly Returns (Withholding Tax Detail and Submission into Income Tax and Sales Tax Department.)

Handling Inland Procurement & Import Formalities.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.

Preparation of Monthly Payables & Receivable Schedule.

Dealing with banks.

Qualification- Minimum B.com
