As Sales Representative reporting to our PI Sales & Marketing Italy, your key challenge will be to build and develop sales growth and penetration of our new RF technology, meeting and exceeding financial and non-financial targets.

Our vision for BD Interventional

BD Interventional focus on leading innovation and life-enhancing devices in the field of surgical, endovascular, urological and critical care interventions seeking at advancing the treatment of high burden diseases and enabling surgical and interventional procedures.

About the role

Main responsibilities will include:
• Act as primary liaison for sales and technical inquiries, including KOLs.
• Develop and implement field commercial strategies with AMs to improve revenues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales opportunities in BD's CRM weekly.
• Generate sales forecasts per account, coordinating meetings and engagements.
• Nurture enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Proactively identify and prepare for upcoming tenders, collaborating with the tender & contract department.

About you
• Proven experience of business development/sales experience in the medical devices sector
• Proficient level of English.
• Resident in Lombardy
• Intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office, ideally, you will also offer experience of CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com).
• Previous experience with laser machines and/or radio frequency is considered an asset.
