• * Job Description s:
As the Brand/Marketing Manager, you will be the leader of a business unit. Utilizing your skills, network and experience to gather resources to achieve your business goals. A multi-faceted regional role, a successful brand manager is expected
- To be responsible for the business units' P&L and marketing activities.
- To guide & lead the team to support and execute all marketing activities - offline and online
- Responsible for the sales team performance to achieve sales targets
- To work with merchandizing team to ensure merchandising excellence in-store
- To work with suppliers on forecasting, sales planning, promotional & marketing activities
- To plan, execute and manage a team to executive effective digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements to increase traffic and brand awareness through select social media & digital channels.
- Work with e-commerce manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media & and online marketplaces (eg... Lazada, Shopee, etc)
- To provide regular reports on digital media executions.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content.
- Cultivation of leads and sales though social media marketing and advertising

Requirements **:

- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Distribution &/or Brand/Product Management

- Experience with digital media & e-commerce platforms
- Self-motivated, with enthusiasm for internet and new technologies
- Desire to learn and grow
- Highly organized, meticulous with an ability to work independently in a team setting

- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects effectively and meet datelines
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads SEM, Facebook Ads, etc. is an advantage
- Passionate, result-oriented and positive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and a team builder
