- A minimum of 12 years schooling with completion of at least a one year Sercretarial Diploma/ Certificate
- 3 years relevant post-school qualification
- 3 years of experience as a secretary, typist or administration clerk with word processing knowledge and skills
- Computer skills in all basic Microsoft Office Applications
- A valid residence and work permit in Germany
- Sound background knowledge and understanding of Political and Economic Affairs in Germany, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg particularly
• *DUTIES**: The incumbent of this position will responsible for the following:
