Designs and delivers AssessmentCentre and Development Centre for critical talent, focusing onleadership development initiatives from Manager to Directorlevel Support and implement the TalentDevelopment strategy to review the pipeline of potentialtalents Coordinate division wide annual andperiodical talent initiatives, such as IDP alignment, Career pathmapping and create high impact talent initiatives that align withshort- and long-term strategy, including action on learning,coaching, peer to peer learning Evaluate andmaintain leadership and technical competency models that facilitateassessment of gaps analysis Manage annualengagement activities across the functions, including facilitatingtraining interventions Design, develops,implements & assesses training initiatives to ensurecontent is up to date and reflects bestpractice Researches and proposes blendedtraining solutions and assesses career pathways in line withdevelopment and recommends individuals identified with highpotential as... well as drive Emiratization development pathways andtraineeships Engage when required with externalconsultants and specialists, deliver the core curriculum, trainingcalendar and customized programs as scheduled. Serve as a Learningand Development Trainer on key projects, cross functional teams andgroup rollouts Where required consult,recommend, design interventions and execute business solutions andensures adherence to industry and government regulatorystandards Identify and improve operationalsystems & processes, research and formally recommend bestpractice or international standards that drive AFTC vision whileensuring delivery metrics are adheredto Identify Learning and Development needswithin the group for specific business units and manage internal& external customer expectations especially in regards toassessment practices &reporting Consult with businesses to providesolutions and options, measuring customersatisfaction Prepare proposals "ations in line with business plan objectives (increaserevenues, provide access, support performance, increase commercialoutcomes) Work inclusively with HR BusinessPartners, business trainers, Line Managers and Executives todeliver to gain agreement, share workloads and meetexpectations Communicate recommended solutionsto the business in order to gain buy-in and approval and ensure allAFG businesses and key stakeholders are aware of the AFTC products& Services Utilize tools and resourcesthat will discover training needs or assess capability standards,maximize opportunities to communicate Group HR & AFTCachievements, initiatives and projects Manage& Analyze the Learning & Development performance,collate and report AFTC performance metrics and ensure keystakeholders in the business have up to date reports, providingTrainer delivery days and feedback data Manageprojects to meet key objectives as required lead or partner AFTC,Group HR or business specific projects and ensuring projectKPI's are met and exceeded
