Job Description:

As a Client Service Analyst at IQVIA, you will be responsible for providing quality service to the clients and assist them to obtain maximum value from IQVIA Technology & information products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides day to day guidance and support to clients
• Learns the technical skills necessary to answer client queries and maintain logs and ensure follow through
• Develops the interpersonal skills necessary to build effective business relationships with defined clients
• Develops an understanding of clients’ potential business needs
• Develops the knowledge to ensure accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments within the support cycle
• Provides support to other team members
• Is in charge of technical assistance services and provides a first line support service
• Register the calls in the Help Desk Management tool according to the agreed procedures
• Provide remote technical assistance to the customers in order... to solve the problems related to the product use or a malfunctioning order
• Answer customers’ calls, collect inquiries, analyze users’ requirements and provide telephone/email/network based support to the customers
• Report the customers’ problems to the relevant department, identifies and communicate the solution to the customer
• Involve the company’s technical assistance resources for a customer service visit when a remote solution is not possible
• Follow up the incidents until their resolution or their closing
• Alert the Help Desk Supervisor or Help Desk Manager in case of issue
• Update and complete the helpdesk knowledge database
• Keep himself updated on the company products
• Act as a reference for his colleagues
• Share the information with the other team members and the management
• As required, assist or provide training for clients
• Control the data and report generation process, provide guidance and support to internal and external data stakeholders
• Assure the consistency, integrity, and availability of the data, as well as being a communication channel with our clients, information providers and internal team.
• Analyzes complex queries raised by clients using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA syndicated offerings (data), ensuring a comprehensive and timely responses
• Provides additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues, identifies customized solutions
• Independently support meetings and discussions (both internally & externally) related to project work/data analytics
• Runs standard queries for data extraction
• Verifies data for accuracy and completeness

Skills & Experience
• French - Native Speaker or Fluent
• English - Native Speaker or Fluent
• Strong Communication Skills
• Problem solving skills
• If possible, previous experience in Service Desk Operation
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
• Knowledge in SQL Server is preferred
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills
