On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland is leading of the Horeca/Gastronomy team and will report to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland. The On Trade Sales Manager is responsible for the Swiss On Trade strategy, the yearly negotiations and daily follow-ups... with the existing Wholesaler (WHS) base as well as extending the network, driving distribution and growing our volume through all relevant On Trade channel. You will have monthly meetings with the different stakeholders to monitor the on trade performance and campaigns and ensure you match or even outperform the budget. You will be leading a sales force team dedicated to the gastronomy channel with clear target setting and daily contact and follow-up.
• *Tasks**:
- Yearly negotiations with existing base and extend the network
- Set up and ensure an annual promo planning
- Ensure listing of new to be introduced SKUs
- Monthly meetings to discuss performance
- Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
- Discuss campaigns or joint marketing initiatives to increase performance
- 30% of travelling within Switzerland to visit the different Partners

Sales force
- Leading a sales force team in Switzerland
- Closely monitor, guide and develop the team
• *Profile**:

- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Economics
- At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
- Mandatory languages: German, French and English
- Experience in leading your own team
- Has strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
- Analyze Volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
- Target driven and a “dream big” mindset
- Willing to go the extra mile to deliver the results
- Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
- Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
