**IS Communications & Change Lead**:

In this role you will be responsible to lead all aspects of organization change management needed to successfully embed the new structure, processes and behaviors following any strategic IS transformation/change initiatives. You are also responsible to design and develop the processes, tools and techniques to engage employees and stakeholders and ensure their commitment to change. The IS Organizational Communications and Change Lead plays a vital role in driving successful IS Strategy... objectives focusing on the people side of change. These objectives should result in collaborative journeys that support the evolution of IS people within all change programs, ensuring that productive delivery is achieved, combined with results of ‘IS preferred place of work’. These objectives must be achieved in a collaborative way and agreed with the ABB IS CIO Committee. This role partners with senior ex-executives (like IS Corporate and GBS Functions Leads, Business CIOs, HR, etc.) and ensures that IS-wide alignment is secured keeping a holistic view. The Communication role is critical in fostering a collaborative IS community in ABB that is connected supporting all IS Transformation activities.
• *Your responsibilities**:

- Designs and maintains processes and tools to underpin IS change initiatives, including processes for identifying needs, creating solutions and implementing them
- Influences and builds roadmap supporting delivery of IS strategic objectives related to the people side of change
- Defines a Communication Framework for ABB IS in a collaborative way and ensures that there is alignment and agreement to this across ABB IS
- Builds and drives communication framework that incorporates the IS strategy related to the people side of change and all other IS Corporate activities
- Works closely with internal Communications in developing a communications strategy and plan for IS
- Actively manages all Corporate IS (incl. CIO) communications and updates, supports the Group CIO in Communication activities
- Ensures the tools used (e.g. Yammer, SharePoint, etc.) are well maintained, managed and up-to-date to maximize use and value and that branding, style and messaging are consistent across IS and across all mediums
- Acts as project manager responsible for the implementation of Change Management philosophy across the whole of the IS organization
- Coaches and supports IS colleagues in using the process/tools to ensure a systematic and common change approach is taken across IS
• *Your background**:

- Significant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools; including cultural / people aspects. Certifications (e.g. Prosci, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in an international environment, ideally in people related change and exposure to projects/transformations
- 5 years of expertise with project management tools and project lifecycle phases
- Experienced with large-scale and complex organizational change efforts. Change management / PMO certification or designation a plus
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills, proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. Customer focused.
- Hands-on approach to work, strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Demonstrated leadership, including virtual team leadership and organizational skills, in a cross-cultural environment
- Experience in same businesses where ABB operates is a plus
- Proactive, innovation-driven and ability to think out of the box: Positive ‘can do’ attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others
