Job Description
• Manage the financial systems and budgets of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Undertake periodic financial audits and liaise with external auditors ensuring all financial reporting standards are adhered to.
• Liaise with clients individuals or businesses and provide them with the needed financial information and advice.
• Review the company's financial systems and analyze risk.
• Advise the company and its clients on tax planning within current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information for small businesses.
• Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits.
• Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
• Arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
• Manage the firms’ vendors and suppliers, negotiating all terms... and ensuring payments are made as and when due.
• Work hand-in-hand with Human Resources and other departments on administrative tasks as they arise.

Requirements

Successful applicants in this role would typically have:
• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or any related Degree
• 5 years work experience
• Professional certifications ICAN, ACCA etc
• High level of professionalism with an ability to work under pressure
• Good problem solving skill
• Must be extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Great Communication skills
• Time management skills
