With offices in Ireland, France and Poland and clients around the world, we provide a full range of services to ensure successful implementation and ongoing engagement and support to our many clients spanning all sectors of industry - including large EU Government projects, Corporates, Health sector and Higher & Further Education. Our consultants are key to building and sustaining this business. Their role is to present our solutions to prospective customers and to provide expert advisory to our existing customer base. They are expected to bring industry knowledge and technical expertise to help grow our business through their engagement with our customers and through their contribution to the strategic direction of the company.

Principal Responsibilities and Activities
•... Engaging with prospects to determine requirements, present options and develop winning proposals.
• Managing key accounts, maintaining regular contact to ensure retention and to develop upsell opportunities, including;

o Identify and manage unexpected and/or urgent issues arising that will affect customer support, escalating where required.

o Ensure support meets expectations of the customers.
• Providing learning and development expertise to our clients through facilitated workshops and training sessions.
• Assisting with marketing and sales through attendance, exhibiting and speaking at conferences and events.
• Keep informed with trends and activity in the marketplace and contributing knowledge and expertise to colleagues and clients alike.
• Inform Enovation strategy based on market knowledge and understanding.
• Collaboration with sales and marketing on developing collateral through assisting with and creating blogs, webinars, corporate brochures and other material.
• Liaising with Customer Success Team to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
• Provide guidance and assistance to the team(s), enabling team members to effectively diagnose and solve client issues in a timely manner.
• Build internal relationships with colleagues across business – Dublin, Poland, France - to ensure effective communications and enhanced customer service.

Knowledge and Skills Required
• At least 2 years experience in a similar consultative sales role preferably in a professional services environment
• At least 2 years experience working with learning management solutions.
• Strong technical skills in office productivity tools
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities
• A strong business development ethos
• Fluent English language skills
• Fluency in French and/or German would be an advantage
• Must be based in EEA or UK

Preference given to Candiates:
• With skills/experience in Moodle / Totara
• Based in Ireland
