Newmarket Health and Wellness Center is a multi-disciplinary health and wellness facility in Newmarket, ON. Our mission is to improve the physical and psychological well-being of our clients. We offer a wide range of services, including chiropractic care, active-release therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, orthotics, and more. Our clinic also provides assessment services, and new services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Pelvic Floor Therapy with the help of Emsella Chair.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Chiropractor. The Chiropractor will be responsible for performing spinal adjustments, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, and providing comprehensive chiropractic care, experience in working with MVA patients and knowledge of completing forms for car insurance companies is a must.
The role requires working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitoring their progress over... time. The Chiropractor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.
Qualifications
• Expertise in spine and musculoskeletal system
• Proficient in chiropractic techniques and adjustments
• Knowledge of alternative medicine and holistic approaches
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Valid chiropractic license in Ontario
• Experience in treating a diverse range of patients is an asset
• Specialization or additional certifications in related areas (e.g., sports chiropractic) is a plus
