Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
Company: Almas Group Logistics
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
... Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Fluent in Kurdish and English languages, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
