Smiler, a premier platform for tourism and destination photography, is currently seeking a talented photographer for family and couples photoshoots on Santorini.
This unique position offers the chance to utilise your creative photography skills to capture timeless moments for visitors amidst the island’s stunning views. Your mission is to provide professional, high-quality photos that capture not only the joyful moments of our clients but also the distinctive character of the iconic surroundings.
This is a seasonal job for June - September 2024. There is the option to work less months if preferred.
How it works: visitors will pre-book photoshoots via our platform. You will spend your time capturing memories for clients and editing their photos in Adobe Lightroom and upload them via our platform.
The hours will be flexible and not based on a fixed schedule. You’ll have to be available 7 days a week: Monday - Sunday: between 7am-7pm to carry out photoshoot bookings. Some days you... will be doing more photoshoots than other days. Ranging from 1 - 6 photoshoots per day. Photoshoot duration can range from 30-60 min (excluding editing time).
Please note: you have to be stationed on the island of Santorini during contract duration and you are responsible for arranging your own accommodation and a way of commuting across the island.
• Previous experience with portrait photography
• A compelling portfolio or Instagram showcasing your artistic vision and/or technical expertise
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom or other photo editing software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work Monday - Sunday between 7am-7pm and to carry out last-minute bookings
• You live in Santorini (or relocate to Santorini for the seasonal term)
• You own smartphone and computer with internet access
