Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Primary Montessori Teacher for ages 3-6 years old at Children's Auburn Montessori in Auburn, AL. The Lead Primary will create and implement a nurturing and stimulating Montessori educational environment for children. They will lead a team of teachers, plan and facilitate activities, maintain classroom organization, and establish strong... communication with parents and families.
Qualifications
• Montessori teaching certification ( AMI Certification )
• Experience working as a Lead Primary Montessori Teacher with young children in an educational setting
( At least 3 years of experience as lead primary Montessori teacher )
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori philosophy and curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and foster a positive learning environment
• Passion for early childhood education and a dedication to the well-being and development of children
• High level of patience, creativity, and adapt
• a resident of the United States
• Must be will to be assigned in Auburn Alabama
