We are a fun, high-growth creative Language Services company that specializes in delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. We work with some of the world’s leading financial, life science, and technology organizations to help them achieve their goals and dissolve cultural barriers. We are looking for an Account Manager, who will be focused on developing prospects and managing loyal recurrent customers.

Major Activities:
• Timely follow up on leads and prospects and build sales pipeline.
• Explain our business model to clients and advise them on our services.
• Work on customer retention through research and an active follow-up.
• Manage accounts for recurrent valued customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted consultant and advocate for their needs with a focus on improving buyer experience.
• Provide the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through project delivery (Processing of... sales and post service tasks).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Find new business opportunities and growth opportunities within your existing accounts.
• Help identify and define key requirements and translation project specifications during the pre-production process, providing proper guidance to the Project Manager and communicate any changes/updates on project specifications and/or scope, if applicable.
• Monitor compliance with agreed-upon schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure queries are answered by clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
• Complete an on-time delivery of the service.
• Tackle other related duties as required.

Essential requirements:
• Highly motivated person intended to succeed with a positive learning attitude.
• Native or near-native command of the English language.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• +3-year experience interacting with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Very analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ability to set priorities and to monitor progress of multiple concurrent prospect and client engagements.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).

Working conditions:
• Under contract
• Fully remote
• Compensation in USD
• 22 days off per year
• Internet service reimbursement
