Overall Purpose of Role:

As the Head of Trade Solutions you will supervise and lead the trade solutions department. You will also be responsible for creating and executing strategic initiatives in regards to trading vendors (Current and new) leading a team, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee streamlined trade operations. The Head of Trade Solutions is instrumental in... improving trade processes, streamlining workflows, and fostering the expansion of the company's trade-related endeavors. Team hiring and the growth of the team as well as the overall strategy for Trade Solutions across the group.

To take complete ownership of the Trade Solutions Team. To build, engage and develop a Team that can work internally and externally on all facets of the trading lifecycle and the support aspects that it entails. Working with the Chief Business Officer, the Group Head of Trade Solutions will take ownership of Vendor Budgets, Team hiring and the growth of the team as well as the overall strategy for Trade Solutions across the group.

🚀How you can make a difference:
• Uptime of all Trading Platforms
• Understand of Budgets and half year budget submissions
• Work with B2B and B2C Commercial teams to ensure client configurations meet the agreed requirements
• Ownership of all Trade Solutions policies and Procedures and ensure alignment with overall Trade Solutions strategy
• Close collaboration with Trading and Risk teams to ensure seamless communication can configuration
• Oversight of Market data reporting and agreements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Ensure constant engagement with existing (and potential) Trading Vendors and to ensure there is comprehension regarding external development plan

🎯 Requirments:
• BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science or other relevant field
• Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director, Head of Trade Solutions or similar leadership role
• Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
• Experience with implementing IT and Trading systems (PXM, One Zero, FX Cubic, Integral ).
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning. (Proficient in numerical analysis and financial planning)
• Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset
