Position Summary
Grassy Creek Asset Management (“Grassy Creek A&D”) is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital investment, and operational functions of the assigned portfolio, located in Iceland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and New Zealand. This individual will have oversight over budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and coordination with local managers of all properties and assets. The Asset Manager will ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Company’s portfolio, including short-term rentals (STR), commercial properties, and Eleven lodges and guest facilities. The Asset Manager will achieve their goals and objectives by working with central/corporate Grassy Creek and Eleven team members and supervising regional and on-property teams. This position requires at least 5 years of experience as a director of operations or asset manager for a portfolio of 5 or more hotel or resort assets, or similar experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the luxury space. Experience with properties in remote locations is considered a strong advantage. This is a full time/year-round position, with compensation ranging from $90,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. An additional, performance-based bonus structure is also available. This is a fully remote position, and candidates may be located anywhere in the United States or United Kingdom.
