About The Role

Your job will be to help build great software and deliver on our product strategy.

You will help Product Managers and Product Owners to develop and execute the product strategy, in alignment with the company's strategy and growth targets.

What you will be working on
• Conducting research and analysis to help uncover industry needs, validate the value of new product offerings and contribute to overall product strategy
• Gathering and analysing data from our product systems to provide varying insights such as how customers use Duco, identifying issues for escalation and informing decisions on product roadmap
• Performing background research to inform the development of thought leadership and promote Duco's products
• Assisting with development of new capabilities to support data ingestion and data transformation projects
• Working closely with product owners and engineering teams to support research and analysis needed for solution design, requirements and definitions
• Working closely with product marketing to enable client facing teams to launch and support new products and propositions
Ideally, you will have
• Substantial experience with enterprise-grade, data-driven software, supporting the development of commercially successful technology products
• Experience in the research and analysis of market problems and opportunities
• Strong business analysis skills, particularly in developing and validating business cases and product ideas or concepts
• Good project management and process mapping experience
• Understanding of the ETL process
• Acquaintance with such file formats as XML / JSON
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
• The ability to create trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, understanding their needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain concepts clearly
• Self-motivation, and comfort with working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Acquaintance with the financial industry is a great plus
• Previous involved in building new products from the ground up in a growth company and technical strength in data technology are beneficial
