Biomedical Field Service Engineer
Location: East Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony)
The company is a manufacturer of In Vitro Diagnostics equipment. Their products are used for the screening and monitoring of various diseases, primarily in the areas of Oncology, Diabetes, Hemoglobinopathy and other rare pathologies.
They now have an opportunity to join their team as a Field Service Engineer in the East of Germany.
The Position
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairing of in vitro diagnostics instruments at customer sites.
Supporting on a range of Analyzers and Automation devices for in vitro diagnostics.
Providing technical support to customers in the medical and laboratory areas.
The position is home based in the East of Germany (Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony), with regular travel to customers sites (usually 4 days a week at customer site).
Working closely with the service and support team in Germany.
The Requirements
Educated in a... Scientific or Engineering field; Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Medical Technology / Medizintechnik, Electronics, Electronik, Electrical Engineering; or related field.
High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team.
Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites.
Languages: Fluent German and English language essential.
