Dermalogica is recruiting a qualified skin care therapist with sales rep experience and an excellent sales track record who is driven, organised, and dynamic for this exciting and challenging Brand Consultant role within our sales team.

This person is required to accomplish sales and business objectives through developing strong relationships with clients; growing allocated geographical areas by way of prospecting and growing new doors, while successfully managing current doors to reach their full potential within the professional channel.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Accountability for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through the successful management of accounts within the allocated territory.
• Assisting in the success of your client’s business through Dermalogica by building strong relationships with your clients; adding value; promoting the deals; innovation as well as marketing, business and excellent education support and tools.
•... Identify, analyse, implement, and monitor bespoke business plans to achieve maximum potential from every account.
• Active involvement in the planning, management and execution of any clients’ events and promotions.
• Ensure consistent, regular contact with all accounts.
• Prospecting and securing new business
• Sales reporting and forecasting

Minimum Requirements:
• Qualified Skin Therapist and experience in the skincare industry
• Minimum 2 years sales rep experience
• Excellent track record in sales
• Must have own transport and drivers license as you’ll spend a great deal of your time visiting your clients
• Be willing to travel - locally as well as outlying trips
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Business is an advantage
• Qualification or experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is an advantage

This position reports to the Core Sales Manager.
