Objective of the Mechanical or Electrical engineer:
The main objective of a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in construction and drawings supporting the sales department is to offer specialized technical advice to customers interested in the installation of generators, as well as to provide detailed quotations including wiring planning and distance according to the drawing. In addition, this professional must be bilingual to serve English speaking customers and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities of the Mechanical or Electrical engineer:
• Provide technical advice to customers interested in generator installation, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions based on their.
• Prepare accurate quotations including cost of generators as well as installation details, including wiring and distance planning according to customer specific... drawings.Design and plan the wiring infrastructure required for generator installation, ensuring that safety and performance standards are met.
• Assist customers in choosing a suitable automatic transfer system (ATS), explaining its advantages and disadvantages and ensuring that it integrates effectively into the existing electrical system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a complete understanding of the products and services offered. Provide technical information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain smooth and effective communication with English-speaking customers and international partners, providing technical information in both languages.
Requirements of the Mechanical or Electrical engineer:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in the planning and design of electrical and mechanical installations, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• A solid knowledge of generators and power generation systems is essential.
• Knowledge of automatic transfer systems (ATS) and their integration into electrical systems.
• Bilingual.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide high quality service and meet customer needs
