We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media and
Business Development Associate. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in
engaging with clients, enhancing our social media presence, and driving business growth.
Location: Matunga
Working model: Remote
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10am - 7:00pm
Budget: 3 - 4.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Engage with clients to understand their project requirements thoroughly.
● Translate client briefs into clear directives for the editing team.
● Facilitate ongoing communication to ensure alignment with client expectations.
● Manage post-production workflow to meet project deadlines.
● Offer... creative inputs to improve the quality and appeal of the final video/photo
outputs.
● Attend in-person meetings when required and be flexible to work on Saturdays if
needed.
● Assist in driving business growth through client interactions, nurturing leads, and
fostering partnerships.
● Enhance our social media presence by curating compelling content and maintaining
consistent branding across all platforms, staying updated with the latest trends to
keep our brand at the forefront.
● Take charge of photoshoots to ensure visually stunning imagery that highlights our
products.
Requirements & Skills:
● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, business development, or a related field.
● Proficiency in photo and video editing using tools such as Canva app.
● A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for staying updated with social media trends.
● Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays and attend in-person meetings when necessary.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
