Job Description

Part A: Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) Account Manager- The role of an Account Manager is a key client-facing position for the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) Programme. You will lead on an allocated number of global airports for the programme, where you will be the main point of contact providing excellent client facing communications, as well as positive engagement with your airports – both in writing and through virtual calls.

You will take responsibility and accountability for supporting your airports through the accreditation process from initial contact to the final congratulations email – which is an opportunity to celebrate that they have successfully met the strict technical ‘requirements’ of the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) programme at the certification level that they have applied for. Applications could be at Level 1 for those airports starting out on their carbon management journey or at our (currently) highest level, Level 4+, in alignment to the UN Paris Agreement. You will employ attention to detail, strong organisation skills and affinity for administrative management, as key requirements of the role.

The ability to get up to speed with the detailed technical requirements of the programme will be key in order to support your airports with tailored information, and to answer technical queries from your airports, as well as encourage and support them on the journey to the next accreditation level!

Part B: Assistant Sustainability Consultant: You will work in a team of consultants working with clients to deliver sustainability strategy, statements, whole life carbon assessments and advice for a range of clients within the built environment sector.

We are looking for talented individuals who have experience of some of the following areas:
• Net zero and sustainability in the built environment
• Understanding and ability to carry out embodied and whole life carbon assessments using software such as
• OneClick LCA or other carbon tools
• Carbon emissions calculations for real estate and infrastructure projects
• Preparing GHG chapters for masterplanning EIA applications
• ESG strategy and disclosure/reporting
• Real estate sustainability
