We are looking to hire experienced Chat Support Representatives to join our team, people who are eager to prove themselves and wish to build a long-term career with us. Overview

As a Chat Support Representative at DebtHammer, your mission is to drive revenue for the company.

Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers who are actively seeking debt relief through our website and ensuring that each and every client has a positive experience with DebtHammer.

We use three... modes of communication to reach our customers before getting them on the phone with our sales reps:
• Live Chat
• Text
• Email

Once engaged, Chat Support Representatives use open-ended questions to understand the needs of the customer and position DebtHammer as the best solution. It will be your responsibility to ensure that every person who comes to our website is responded to promptly and convince them to get on a phone call with one of our sales representatives.

Currently, 100% of our customers are inbound. Meaning they searched online, found one of our websites, and indicated that they are looking for debt relief.

Experience for this role is necessary (we’re looking for at least 2-3 years of experience), however, the most meaningful qualifications are that you're determined and can learn quickly.

• A minimum of 2 years of chat support experience (Non-negotiable requirement).

The hours of operation are currently: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
