Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role will involve working closely with project teams to ensure budget adherence and provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts.
Qualifications
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• Experience in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Cost Planning skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Proficient in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
