Job Description
A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to : 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims and government program interviews.
Technical Skills :
• High school graduate
• English Level : 90% or above
Requirements :
• Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
• Advanced English level C1 or higher.
• High speed internet access with a minimum of 10 MBS.
• Access to a quiet workspace.
